Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026
Mahjong Pause is designed to work without an account. This policy explains what information is handled when you play, make a purchase, view an ad, or contact support.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, settings, statistics, streaks, and purchase access state are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this gameplay information. You can remove local data by deleting the app, subject to iCloud or device backup behavior controlled by Apple and your settings.
Advertising
The free version may show occasional ads delivered through AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners, which may include Google AdMob. These providers may process device and app information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising identifiers when permitted, diagnostics, and ad interactions to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
Advertising choices and consent are managed through the in-app privacy flow where required and through iOS privacy settings. You may also purchase Remove Ads or Premium to stop interstitial ads in Mahjong Pause.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide the app with transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock purchases and restore them on your Apple devices. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, protect the service, and keep necessary support records.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information directly. Information may be handled by Apple and advertising providers as described above, by service providers needed to operate support, or when required by law. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable privacy controls.
Children
Mahjong Pause is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Your choices
You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings, open available privacy choices from the app settings, remove local gameplay data by deleting the app, and contact us about a support message you previously sent.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
