Privacy Policy

Mahjong Pause is designed to work without an account. The app does not collect analytics, advertising data, tracking data, or gameplay data. This policy explains what remains on your device and what is handled when you make a purchase or contact support.

Information stored on your device

Game progress, settings, statistics, streaks, and purchase access state are stored locally on your device. We do not receive your saved board, detailed gameplay history, streak, or purchase payment details. You can remove local data by deleting the app, subject to iCloud or device backup behavior controlled by Apple and your settings.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide the app with transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock purchases and restore them on your Apple devices. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, protect the service, and keep necessary support records.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by Apple for App Store purchases, by your email provider when you contact support, or when required by law.

Children

Mahjong Pause is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.

Your choices

You can remove local gameplay data by deleting the app and contact us about a support message you previously sent.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
